I started at Clough Elementary 18 years ago, as a Substitute teacher. Two years later, I accepted the role as the Clough School Librarian. During the nine years that I was in the library, I realized that I really wanted to become a classroom teacher. I pursued my Masters Degreee in Education and when the opportunity to teach third grade presented itself, I was thrilled. This will be my eighth year teaching third grade and I absolutely love it!
My husband Chris and I have three sons, Alex, Andrew and Kevin. All three are Nipmuc graduates, so I know first hand how outstanding the education in this district is.
When I am not at school, I enjoy reading (ALOT), spending time with my family, dining out and spending weekends on Cape Cod. My newest love is my grandson, Jackson. I was so fortunate to be able to babysit for him two days a week, this last summer. We are excited to celebrate his first birthday in mid October.
